Every year, millions of people make New Years resolutions to better themselves in some way, shape, or form. Many of those resolutions involve fitness, for physical health sake; but physical exercise is a great way to help mental health too! In light of that, and to help build community, Hard Talks In Hardhats is hosting its first ever Building Better fitness challenge! This will be a 90-day competition on the GymRats app to track workouts from now until March 31st, with the winner being whoever posts the most workouts!
