We believe that one of the most important things that needs to happen is that people need to know about mental health. We want to help promote as much awareness as possible of mental health care and issues that affect the construction industry.

We believe that one of the best ways to help everyone in the construction trades is to help foster communities where tradespeople can feel safe and know that their mental health is important.
Resources
We want to be a connection where the hardworking people of the construction industry can look to help find whatever help they may need to take care of themselves and their mental health.
Openness and Community
Hard Talks In Hardhats seeks to encourage open communication and vulnerability in construction, and teach that it is not only okay but IMPORTANT to talk about mental health with each other, so we can be more supportive and take care of our friends and coworkers in the best way possible.
